This is exactly what I get from song. You hear some of the names of old songs in this song, you get an older styled beat that was a signature of theirs, you heard different melodies and harmonies that showed the progression and the tones and pitches of their voices which we all definitely know they didn't posses either of them even 8 years ago let alone 10! It's absolutely wild to think that it's been 10 years!! I'm so happy like you said, that I found this band, and to have been part of the roller coaster journey of ten years! I'm also going to add that I'm SO glad for the friends that I met through this band, and those that I've gotten to know through this band, and the experiences of the concerts that I've had through this band. This song is literally perfect. It's a perfect mixture of the "self titled" era and their new style, which makes it even more nostalgic. I grew up with 5sos; I found them in 2014, when I was only 11 years old, and now I'm 18. As they once said in Wherever You Are (and said again in 2011) "Nothing lasts forever, nothing stays the same". 5SOS made me feel accompanied and understood in my darkest times, and that's something I'm always going to be grateful for. I'm so proud of them
I 100% relate to this. I found them in 2013 I was 14 and now I’m 22!! Stuff has changed and we’ve both grown in different ways, I’m so great full for all those years they gave me company in my darkest times not just their music but the friends I made and now I look back with such happiness. I even ended up now working alongside a fellow 5sos fan that was actually a Twitter mutual for years 🤣!!

this sound reminds me so much of old 5sos (heartbreak girl era) but perfectly combined with their new sounds and grown selves. this band has grown so much over the years and i’m so happy i’ve been able to grow up with them :’) side note: it’s crazy to me that i became a fan when their first album released. i was literally starting middle school at the time. now i’m 19, graduated high school with my associates degree, and i’m at university studying what i’m passionate about. i honestly never thought i’d make it this far. 5sos has helped me through so many hard times when i just wanted to call it quits, but they helped me push through and not give up. thank you 5sos for being a part of my life for so long and shaping me into who i am. ❤️

I love this so much. It’s a mix of their old sound and their new one, it references other songs and lyrics from them, and it’s more of a Mike and Cal song (that combination is my favorite!) Oh THANK GOD! Michael vocals! I missed them so much on CALM. I honestly think that album was missing something without them. This song is pretty great. It feels like their current sound mixed with their old sound. I know they’ll never go full pop-punk again, but I think this is a middle ground I’m very happy with. As much as I respect CALM as an album, it’s a bit too slow for my taste, aside from a few songs. I love this, and if this is in any way an indication of the sound they go for on their next album, I’ll be very happy.

This song is like an ode to the past. I remember I was in UNI when I first heard of 5SOS. It was 2012, during the Out of my Limit era, and everything was fun and queer at that time. Their songs were my cheering squad after long exams and depressing days in school. I'm still a 5sos fan after nearly 10 years, though I may not be that active like I used to be as I am now a working adult. I've seen growth not just in their music but them as individuals. this sound reminds me so much of old 5sos (heartbreak girl era) but perfectly combined with their new sounds and grown selves. this band has grown so much over the years and i’m so happy i’ve been able to grow up with them :’)
side note: it’s crazy to me that i became a fan when their first album released. i was literally starting middle school at the time. now i’m 19, graduated high school with my associates degree, and i’m at university studying what i’m passionate about. i honestly never thought i’d make it this far. 5sos has helped me through so many hard times when i just wanted to call it quits, but they helped me push through and not give up. thank you 5sos for being a part of my life for so long and shaping me into who i am. ❤️

as a 5sos stan who has sort of grown apart from the “crazed fangirl” part of my life i can confidently say that this song made me sob. when i was truly obsessed with them was 2013-2015 and after a few years of not being obsessed anymore (i still watch & keep up) this really hit hard. i think im going down the rabbit hole again😭

I love this so much. It’s a mix of their old sound and their new one, it references other songs and lyrics from them, and it’s more of a Mike and Cal song (that combination is my favorite!) I’m so so proud of them and how far they’ve come and I hope they achieve all they want and more. So much love to these 4 guys!! ❤️

Oh THANK GOD! Michael vocals! I missed them so much on CALM. I honestly think that album was missing something without them.
This song is pretty great. It feels like their current sound mixed with their old sound. I know they’ll never go full pop-punk again, but I think this is a middle ground I’m very happy with. As much as I respect CALM as an album, it’s a bit too slow for my taste, aside from a few songs.
I love this, and if this is in any way an indication of the sound they go for on their next album, I’ll be very happy.

This song is like an ode to the past. I remember I was in UNI when I first heard of 5SOS. It was 2012, during the Out of my Limit era, and everything was fun and queer at that time. Their songs were my cheering squad after long exams and depressing days in school. I'm still a 5sos fan after nearly 10 years, though I may not be that active like I used to be as I am now a working adult. I've seen growth not just in their music but them as individuals. They've grown more hardworking and been showing us their full potential. Two things remained for sure, genuine friendship and humility. Congratulations 5 SECONDS OF SUMMER! HAPPY 10 YEARS!
