    Thank you for going over this stuff, I did three rounds of these stretches today before squatting. It kept me from feeling any kind of elbow pain during or after training.

    Jeff Cavalier has a great fix or help for tennis elbow, but not a video derived from squats. That's major inflammation in the elbow. When you're squatting, it's as if you're trying to shoulder press, to help spread the weight some from the spine.

    You can plan for it not to happen and play around more with cambered and yoke bars.. Theoretically you can get maxes on different bars without stressing out your shoulder, elbows, wrists by mixing a camber forward and back. It's also a different stimuli you can work in so you don't do so many backsquats on a straight bar, maybe I'm a little off on this because it is implying overuse.

    please make a video on thoracic spine and shoulder mobility for weightlifting i.e. overhead squats. it's a big issue for people with desk jobs who want to get into weightlifting but are a bit kyphotic/rounded shoulders. i've improved these issues 95% through the big barbell movements and things like pull-ups but still can't overhead squat! thanks

    Stefi something that has not been touched on by many people: is it always better to use a belt or cicling training with and without belt ( Eddie hall does it at high levels) is more viable

    Stefi, I don't have elbow pain when squatting, but I have developed a tendinitis (presumption, so pain) inside my elbow where the bicep ties in to the elbow. Hold arm out wrist up, put finger right in the middle of elbow crease and push down for location. My PT was confused by this as curls are the first thing I drop on a workout if it runs long; I have never really done much in direct bicep work even before this. Curls are unbearable and I notice it on Deads, rows and heavy carries. Can't find anyone talking about pain in that spot, I can't be the only one. Would you maybe do a video on it? No one else seems to have addressed pain right there.

    What was the thing that u wore at west side on the belt squat machine that allowed u to front load with a 25lb plate .. also did that work glutes and low back or...I know it's off topic but I just figured I'd have the bes chance of a reply here
