Ricochet showed the mark of a true great. Balance of health and business. He knew he had to get that spot off even if it slightly injured them. Why? Bc he’s waited so long for a push and this is his one and taking spots and allat. Health truly is first I promise but he knew his feud w Logan depended on that spot playing off the first at the Rumble. It was a must accomplish
At Super Showdown in 2020 during a tag team title match, Kofi Kingston attempted a suicide dive on The Miz only for Miz to move quickly out of the way causing Kingston to hit nothing but floor.
spots from Mike Awesome vs Masato Tanaka matches should get their own list. I'm sure you could find at least 10 across FMW, ECW and anywhere else that feud ended up.
The finish to the IC title match on Raw last night was brutal. I am not sure what Gunther was trying to do but he flipped Chad Gable right on to his head, then immediately followed it up with a powerbomb and then a lariat. Hopefully Gable is ok.
It was a sleeper suplex and if you go back and watch it - you will see it was executed safely. Looks devastating as hell from certain angles but Chad had his arms under him for it. Very smooth!
That spot when Matt Hardy hit his head on the concrete when Sammy Guevara threw him off the scissor lift should have ended him there. But finished the damn match anyway.
Sting’s worse AEW bump was for sure the Brian Cage powerbomb. Watching it on Dynamite i thought he was completely done after that, i remember thinking he’d never wrestle again.
I am pretty sure they all felt or will feel the effects of these down the line we all know that Mick Foley, Kurt Angle, and heck even Hulk Freakin Hogan felt it all later and Hogan didn't even took any major bumps during his time just cause they are still standing and walking around right now does not mean the damages they took was never there.
Why are you peppering in these low risk WWE spots with the insane fuckery of AEW, when you could easily fill out a top 20 of AEW near disasters within the past couple months?😅
What about the Undertaker being A) dropped on his head by Goldberg at crown jewel B) landing on his head after a suicide dive at Wrestlemania against Shawn Michaels
AEW will be where we see someone die landing on their head unfortunately. People taking all these dumb bumps on tv every week trying to get over in nothing matches instead of learning how to just wrestle an interesting and entertaining match without crazy spots.
Shane, Jeff and Mick all need their own list 😂.
Ibushi too
And spike
And darby
Top Dollar trying to walk it off like that’s what he planned to do is wild lol.
Brock's shooting star press was crazy for a big man
Montez screaming then immediately jumping onto no one had me absolutely dying when I seen it live 😭😭😭
Sasha banks, getting thrown off the top rope by Bailey in NXT was brutal. It look like she almost broke her neck.

"Had Lita's bottom landed on a slightly different position on the night..." What's worse than landing on her frickin head??
" Not your spot my spot, my dog Spot by MY SPOT!!" - Kevin Nash 1997 😂
Are you talkin about the fingerpoke of Doom? Hogan VS Nash?
Tony Khan is not pleased you mentioned AEW and Botch
Taker’s dive at Wrestlemania 25 was my first thought
Koff koff....Mankind off the top of the Cell

Kevin Owens with the Swanton Bomb against The Judgment Day is definitely a good recent example of this.
No
Ok, what would you say is a good example of this recently?
@@isaacw.brooks8417 archer and omega landing on their head
Owens just hit a senton bomb from the crowd
Mike Awesome vs Masato Tanaka at Heatwave 98. I don't know how Awesome survived that powerbomb through the table on the outside of the ring.

That Paul/Ricochet spot is still the damnedest thing I've seen in the modern era. Insane

Bianca and IYO SKY's second rope powerbomb spot at Backlash 2023 deserves a spot on this list

Matt Hardy v Sammy Guevara on an extension crane... or actually off the crane but not on the table, exactly?
Sting’s worse AEW bump was for sure the Brian Cage powerbomb. Watching it on Dynamite i thought he was completely done after that, i remember thinking he’d never wrestle again.
Mat v Sammy the scissor lift spot when Mat missed the tables
7:59 great quote from the Best Bout Machine 💙♎

I'm assuming this video was made before last night, where Takeshita put Kenny on his head twice more...
Never forget Jeff Hardy falling off the top of the cage in TNA back furst onto the steel steps
The spot where Madcap Moss landed on his head after the reverse Alabama slam by Drew McIntyre was nasty he is a tough bastard
2 Cold Scorpio landing with full force square on Benoit’s noggin. Absolutely gruesome looking.
Favorite high flying big men are Mike Awesome and Sean O’Haire

There is no better big man at top rope stuff than Kane was.
i remember watching the juila heart match with a friend and both of us were saying shit she missed the table
Grado once Wee Booted Drew Galloway so hard that he had to leave the country and change his name.
im surprised madcap moss's alabama slam botch at crown jewel isnt on this list. man could have broken his neck.
I don't know about favorite big man but does a clip get anymore classic then Sid? Then again that DID wreck him.
Matt Hardy vs Sammy Guevara. Drop off the scaffold missing the table.
At the heart of great pro-wrestling is calculated risk. 'SAFETY' is a total illusion.
Matt Hardy vs concrete in AEW 😳🤕
Change title to "10 Deadly Spots That SHOULD Have Destroyed Wrestlers... WITH NO VIDEOS INCLUDED.... JUST STILL SHOTS!!!~"
Benoit vs Sabu
Just goes to show that wrestling is dangerous. Even simple spots can turn out for the worse, just by dumb luck.
Where is brocks moon sault
What about Brock lesner doing a moonsalt that should've Broke his neck
Pro wrestlers are the toughing human beings ik
Brock lesnar?
Destroy vinces tenure in WWE
9:50 lita was always dangerous, she’s so overrated.
Just all of og ecw
Who else wants number 1 to happen to them 😂
Julia Hart’s character annoys me. HOB needs a more Rhea Ripley type to fit in, not some powdy girl in a bolero
Julia fits well in HOB you're just too dumb to understand it

Kenny kinda does have a point with that statement
A lot of botches in 2023...
