How about the calculation for road construction where the other side is a hilly or mountainous area that is needed to be cut for the contruction of road drainage or road shoulder on the hilly side
NSL is just natural ground level and FRL is formation level, NSL can be found using level machine or total station this is done by surveyor. and FRL is design level which is given by designer...
