Wearing your pants over your boots will help keep your feet dry . Also we would tape the top of the boots. In cooler weather wear water proof socks. Some ideas from years ago running Enduros.
Yep - wrong pants for the day - the Klim tuck in boot pants not a great pairing....and when you leave the waterproof socks at home...double the enjoyment...glad you liked it!!!!
