I also prefer serving meals on a covered table too, to protect my investment and it's good and proper for me.

We don't live there, that's not our home. If they like it just as it is, that's fine, it's their choice and their life and their home. Once they're happy with it, that's all that matters. Next time to make your life easier marinade your chicken the day before to get the seasoning into the chicken and it will taste better
Also it is not recommended to shallow fry marinade meat. Rather air fry or oven bake. Just a suggestion

Just a note about preparing the chicken for frying, I like to coat mine with cornmeal or cornmeal powder to fry. I find it gives a nice, crisp to the chicken. Maybe you'd like to try it a couple pieces with it and see how you feel about it. Also, I agree with the comments by some of your other followers about pre-seasoning the chicken and allowing it to marinate overnight to increase the flavour. When I became a wife, I had to learn so many things after being raised to have things done for me. It was an enjoyable journey though, and I feel proud and confident in my abilities now. I'd love to see you make or teach people like myself how to make some of your traditional African dishes.
Theres nothing warm and beautiful than a loving and caring family. I trust Daniel enjoys his lunches prepared with so much love by his queen. Thank you for sharing your lives online. We Kenyans don't even use aprons in the kitchen.
She will always be Kenyan and there is nothing adding a touch of what she views as beautiful from her world view. Even though she is African you can't put all that burden of carrying the entire continent on her shoulders she is unique besides being Kenyan and African... I say this with love: Please use another kind of of oil to deep fry because olive oil has a low smoking point and so if it over heats its chemistry changed and it becomes bad for us so I suggest rapeseed oil or avocado oil. Also marinate your meats/poultry/fish overnight....it will be tasty! Try cooking the day before too, that means you'll be more relaxed in the morning because soon you'll have assignments to do, you'll start to feel tired and all so just keep this in mind. I really enjoy watching you both & love your content so much. ❤

Better oven grill than fry with that much oil. That is too much to even burn the meat. The whole kitchen will have sparks of fat. That is unhealthy cooking style.
You need to lower the heat so that the chicken can cook nicely inside without burning but the food looks nice
Hellen, you might want to protect the right side wall of your stove, by taping something over it, that is removable when you want to.
