Coach Prime could've saved his toes, but he would've been away from his team much, much longer. So instead, he told the doctors that they could take his toes. He wanted to get back to this team, a group of young men (primarily all black) whom he has become a leader and mentor to. In all, he was away only 23 days. That's sacrifice ladies and gentlemen. Deion has an original show for few years on Barstool. Once he was let go by the NFL network. I am pretty sure he reached out to Dave Portnoy about working together. Deion is no dummy. He knows he wants to coach college kids and barstool is the media outlet for that demographic.
@@vincehenriquez680 Deion is very very intuitive. He learns from everyone around him. He implements at such a rapid pace and his level of motivation is un paralleled. I just hope he doesn't get snatched up by a D1 or NFL even. He can do wonders for the Culture.

Exactly. When he made his choice the internet went crazy. It was disgusting to read some of the comments from "adults". I even saw a man burn his Deion Sanders’s memorabilia from when he played at Florida State. It just goes to show that these "fans" looks at athletes as property and money. Smdh.

Just wanna thank the people responsible for the vision of this series, there is no better programming or story telling on network tv.
Here i am watching coach prime going through this hurt me. Here i am complaining about im not where i need to be financially or mentally. Seeing coach prime going through has been a wake up call for me. Whatever we go through lean on god and he will get us through trials tribulation in are life. Coach Prime may god look over you and lead you to good health and healing. You are a man of god and continue to be a blessing to your kids and us 🙏🙏. Peace and Love
This was so incredible I cried twice. The resilience and vulnerability Coach Prime showed was unbelievable. Kudos to the creator of this film but mostly to The Most High! 🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾
MAN CAN'T WAIT FOR THE NEXT SEASON, THIS LITERALLY HAS BROUGHT TEARS TO MY EYES. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
Travis hunter gon be on it next szn
This brought tears to my eyes no lie 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾I Love Coach Prime
At 49 I'm so proud to have grown up as a Braves and Falcons Fan and a fan of this man .
Yeah I love Prime since a kid
Coach Prime could've saved his toes, but he would've been away from his team much, much longer. So instead, he told the doctors that they could take his toes. He wanted to get back to this team, a group of young men (primarily all black) whom he has become a leader and mentor to. In all, he was away only 23 days. That's sacrifice ladies and gentlemen. He learned that from his Lord and Savior. God is good. Much love to Coach Prime. He's being commissioned to do a marvelous work at JSU and beyond!
Damn i aint even saved and i felt all of that my friend good words damn good words
Amen..
His toes was black...they was dead...poor blood circulation
His sons realized that he’s not an immortal when they saw his fresh wounds. That shook them up.
Let’s get these boys to the league coach! They shining brighter than ever with your guidance! Ain’t nothing like being surrounded around your culture as you follow your dreams! HBCU 4life!
I think 5 players were drafted to the NFL and 2 made it to the Canadian League (not sure of the proper name)
You can tell those boys love their dad… laughing and cracking smiles that is just the way us men handle our emotions so we don’t cry when it’s something or someone we care about.
Just cry because laughing is not where it’s at.
The man is never down; takes advantage of every opportunity to Teach Coach Mentor; not many coaches or men for that fact would do the same in those conditions!! ' God Speed & Bless Coach Prime.
Man to now know all that he was going through but still pushing and believing in the goodness of God. Real tears over here. Praying for the best🙏🏽🙏🏽
Shedeur- game winning TD, Shilo- game sealing INT, Shilo- #21, JSU- 21 points
😇🙏
This show deserves an Emmy
This program needs a home on cable television. I know it's helping Barstool's RUclips channel, I never heard of this channel before stumbling across Coach Prime. Geat job.
Deion has an original show for few years on Barstool. Once he was let go by the NFL network.
I am pretty sure he reached out to Dave Portnoy about working together.
Deion is no dummy. He knows he wants to coach college kids and barstool is the media outlet for that demographic.
@@weeknders Spot on
@@vincehenriquez680 Deion is very very intuitive. He learns from everyone around him. He implements at such a rapid pace and his level of motivation is un paralleled.
I just hope he doesn't get snatched up by a D1 or NFL even.
He can do wonders for the Culture.
Is there an award for this type of series because this hands down well-written and well-produced and deserves some sort of recognition and an award!!! Got to tell you though, this had me in tears, blessed and happy all at the same time!!!
Much respect to Travis Hunter👍
Mannnn...massive respect to Prime Time first as a MAN of God, father, husband. Keep pushing. These black men have a legend/teacher in their midst!
I feel like Deion was put here for a real reason. Godly man. Can mold and changes these young men’s lives. Wish him nothing but the best moving forward
Water welled up in my eyes most of the episode, realizing/seeing some of what coach Prime had to endure... To God Be The Glory!!! I can see Coach, his staff and the players taking it all the way next year. Ima Texan but "I Believe!"
This indeed touching. The love between a father and son is commendable. Prime, needs an award.
I’m glad Deion has healed🙏🏾 He is truly God sent! 🙌🏾 I Wish my son had him as a coach or just a father figure ❤
The wealth and prosperity of HBCU’s has always been since the beginning. Deion Sanders has entered the arena at a pivotal time in history, not only from an athletic perspective but from a wholistic standpoint of championing the whole person, mind, body, soul. This man is working from the heart for the complete recalibration, renewing and healing of these students who are only under this JSU banner for a moment in time. They will have lives beyond this tutelage. These young men have got to see their magnificence independent of football and solely because they are necessary, worthy and divine humans who have been bestowed an inheritance by The Most High. This assignment at JSU, is going to call a lot of habits and generalizations to task about Black men, black communities and the influences of the outside world. These men have an opportunity to set precedent setting standards, values and to lead with an emotional maturity that will seal the deal.
Barstool really outdid themselves with this one 💪🏽 it felt like a movie from beginning to end
I HAVE 😭 TEARS IN MY EYES! What an inspiration. The legs that gave him everything and his life is only half way through. To fight through what we all know is unbearable pain after two toes GONE, the nerves attached to them. The skin graphs, and the mental push that he has to give to himself in his quiet time, all alone to keep going. JESUS!
First time seeing the this video, inspiring, moving
Son was emotional because that was probably his first time feeling that he could have lost his dad
When that baby said " Dad I need you here.... I lost it!! Dion your doing a amazing job.
Me too🥹🙏🏽
I was in high school when Deion was doing his thing in the NFL. I kind of remember it and wasn't a big fan of his theatrics.
But damn, do I love and have a lot of respect for Coach Sanders. These young men don't know how lucky they are.
That ending was sick. Very professional. Great series overall.
This series should play in a lot of households. Men watch this. Learn from this. Deion this was brave of you to show this side.
"Travis, you better not disappoint" 🙄🙄🙄 you a grown ass man, be happy with whatever decision he makes for his own life
Exactly. When he made his choice the internet went crazy. It was disgusting to read some of the comments from "adults". I even saw a man burn his Deion Sanders’s memorabilia from when he played at Florida State. It just goes to show that these "fans" looks at athletes as property and money. Smdh.
