congratulations for your selection. There is no substitute of hard work. Only 1 things concerns me. Earlier he was constable then SI and now SDM. If sir have used reservation in all the 3 exams then this is what's the most scary thing about reservation that till what extent a person can use reservation. Many videos are available on YT but not even a single person will cover the perspective of reservation because people are afraid of asking such questions but in my opinion if anyone is using it he or interviewer should be open about it because may be with this strategy he was able to clear exam because cut off is low. If sir have given this exam with general quota my respect for him will definitely be on 7th cloud because this means the administrative system of RAJ is going in good hands. My father is also in Civil Services and I belong to OBC but my father always said that you will be filling forms through general only because now there is no need of reservation and I think this is the right thought process. sorry if I hurt anyone's sentiments.
Tu bhi to OBC hai, khati hai tu bhi nikaal le reservation se RAS agar itna hi asan hai to. 5000 saal se log jo jaativaad jhel rahe hain, vo nahi dikhta tumhe.

The reason behind this that my dad is also a civil servant and he said that you have facilities so there is no need to use reservation. So this type of thought process is needed to lead the country and please talk little but respectfully. I have nothing against anyone.
Ur father is group A servant. It does mean that u r not eligible to avail the benifit of OBC of non creamy layer. By default ur candidature will be counted against UR vacancies. So, its not ur sacrifice. It's the rule which everyone has to follow
