The timestamp is usually in the watermark but unfortunately the A23 doesn't have it. I know exactly what you're talking about though, I've definitely seen it on other phones. I would recommend using a photo editor or maybe an external camera app might have the feature too

does the camera app have raw mode ?
No it doesn't. I don't know a whole lot about RAW mode as I've never really used it myself, but I do know there are some other apps that have it. I know VSCO does and it's an easy app to use, I would recommend trying that

That would be portrait mode, on the bottom bar to the left of the regular photo mode
