- 10th mission from EM4 / 911 first responders. Using LA Mod and additional units submod.
As always for me the least amount of casualties at the end of the mission is primary objective. Budget is not a factor.

Victims on the ice: all 3 Found
Victim near Polar bears: Found
Injured Person in collapsed building: Found
The two injured radio-active persons: Found
The Victim underneath the debris (Near the collapsed building): Found
Victim in the back (on the ice , the one that you have to clear the barrels from to gain access): Found
Total found: 9 victims
3:23 Yeah, it took me a while to figure out that radiation is contagious, too. ;-)
Check the vid and make sure you've found all the caualties.
If it's giving you trouble I'm pretty sure theres room on the plane to take a search and resue dog who will search small areas for people.
Also it's easy to neglect the right of the map where a polar bear attacks a casualty.
tbh it's been so long since I uploaded this my memory of the mission is a bit thin.
