Offcorse one need to be strong but Hand tricks or hand techniques is the only main thing in arm wrestling. No matter how strong u muscles are if u don't know how to apply hand tricks or hand techniques u can never compete with others.

No offense but the armwrestling matches weren't conducted properly. There was no proper line up of the wrist in some matches , the ref should've asked if both the competitors were comfortable with their hand position and stuffs and there should've been a strap . Having a strap is very crucial. Don't put the competitors at risk of having their wrist injured. Other than that it was a great event . Nothing but love to my Naga brothers. PEACE

Today's younger generations puberty started very early maybe because of eating too much nonorganic food,growth hormone injected animal meat,water and air pollution etc.girl started having period by age 11, boys voice cracking very early,white hair,hairfall by age 30,infertility caused by low sperm count.
