When you have a beautiful story to tell, what really matters is the SOUND QUALITY, which is very poor. They could also use their mobile phone cameras to set up multiple shooting angles for a scene. I know stock cameras aren't the best, but there are several third-party apps like Motioncam Pro, McPro24fps, or Blackmagic Camera that can produce professional-looking videos. Using these, they could connect a Bluetooth mic to enhance the audio quality. But let's be honest, they probably won't take our suggestions.
