At the cake area in the third sea there is a portal that gives you quests to unlock the dough king boss battle. After you fight the dough king and defeat him you gain the ability to start the dough raid.

You can't do it solo. Not only will you die/run out of time, you need to be level 1100 to start one. Get someone else to buy and carry you. You need at least 1-2 good buddha users to carry you in a buddha raid

There is an npc in 2nd sea factory and 3rd sea castle which you can talk to. Once you finish a raid with the same fruit as the raid you did, then it teleports you to an awakening room which is in the thumbnail

700, talk to military guy at prison and he will send you to ice island to kill a boss (hidden inside Rayleigh guy cave) after that he’ll send you to a guy at mid town and that’s how you get there.

not to do the raid but you do need to be level 1000 to start it so if you arent level 1000 you cant start it you will need someone who is level 1000 to start it for you
u can get frags before 1100 by killing the sea monster and the pirate raid, if you get a boat and head out to sea one of them will spawn after 5-10 mins

If you use FLAME fruit in MAGMA raid and complete the raid, you won’t even be teleported to the yellow room.

You have to be level 700 in order to get second sea and do a quest for it.
Your next island is Prison. You need to be level-190 to go to Prison island. Farm your level till 190 to go to next island
dude, just select a quest then abandon it then the compass should work
