I watched this after my best friend's funeral, one episode after another, in front of my husband and all our mutual friends. It was the first thing I thought of to bring comfort to me, but also to my 31-35 year old froends at the time. It helped us all sit in silence and occasionally laugh for a time until we all parted ways. I'll always come back to it because it helped me.

did you watch DBZ abridged or SAO abridged? SAO abridged drops 1 episode per year and waiting for the cell saga to finish took like 2-3yrs i tihnk lol. and don't get me started on waiting for season 3 to drop for rick and morty.. the show has so much potential to do fillers. It's a huge waste providing us only 10-12 episodes per season like some anime that might get canceled.

Honestly, I feel like the genre of “indie parody show that eventually goes insane” doesn’t work if you’ve got too many resources. Starter Squad works wouldn’t have worked out as well if the first few episodes weren’t so silly, and I think that’s easy to forget sometimes.

He’s back again! It’s funny how charmander practically summarized some of the fans’ opinions about episode 10. Also, imagine bulbasaur is just waiting at spear pillar as a venasaur. And that scene with Mewtwo and missingno in the flashback. That’s probably gonna link with the final episode.

@ko-chanTHEBULLY nah this is definitely the end. this has been around for almost 10 years now and they havent worked on anything else. on top of that there is no way on fucking earth that they are generating enough revenue from these videos alone to sustain themselves. They evidently dont have a big staff so this type of animation takes an absolute fuckload of time. Its sad bc if they had a bigger staff they could easily become the biggest poketuber on the planet thanks to the type of videos they make. But alas they dont, and they cannot continue to wait 2 years in between videos.

@Seanthesheep-yj4ns I feel like we should be pretty used to that by now. The episodes take long to make because they’re 3D and are over 20 mins, and as time goes on, the episodes keep getting longer. There’s only so much youtube money and angry commenters can do to keep you motivated.
