4th account is a bought account, people make accounts and use bots to farm in those accounts(hence why spiral abyss is 8-3 and some high exploration even though characters are only at lvl1), then they sell those accounts

4th account is definitely a self-roll bought account, ar 46, username is gibberish, starter characters lvl 40, 260 resin, abyss 8-3, that shit is hacked. Check abyss history and itll all be clear

Honestly, I've bought one before and it's actually a better way for it to be your alt than to start over at the game. Most of these accounts start at 45-49 so it's easier to reach ar55 and above. Not to mention, most of the areas are explored and some quest are even finished like the aranara. (Quick note they sell accounts with just wishes or even 5*s + wishes, if you're planning to buy one I'd suggest the 5*s + wishes. Although you'd get a bit less primos, the 5* of your choice + the current 5* banner of whenever you bought that account may make a decent team). Downside of buying this account is the lvl 1 characters, which can be solved by having a friend carry you. Also the accounts generally have already tons mora and exp books, you just need to farm the ascension and boss mats to lvl up your characters. Second downside is that people may report you if they've learned that you have a bought and botted account. There have been no cases so far where accounts have gottrn banned but there still is a really small chance so be careful.
Just search on youtube "buying genshin impact accounts" and you'll see some examples. Most of them range from 5-20$, the more costly the more primos.

at cO i could do like 77k per plunge with xiao and with xianyun it got up to like 90k? i think it's good the only reason that i didn't use him very often was because i don't have a shield for him

This is EXACTLY why I won't ever pull on a weapon banner, 2 5 stars and not even the ones you wanted. It's not garanteed after the first loss so what's the point wasting all those primos just for 1 weapon that you do want? The other youtubers are right, it's a major scam. Not only that but it only majorly benefits 1 specific character. I'll stick with pulling for characters and use decent 4 star weapons that can have almost the exact same benefit.

If you get the character it’s literally the first voiceline you see when you enter the voicelines menu, it’s not a new thing or anything
But it's literally their Introduction voice line in their profile tho
