Yes there is many madrassa in Pakistan which have compulsory Quran memorisation from very young, and they are known to produce large number or hafiz

Unfortunately I can't understand the videos in between The Qu'ran being recited as no English subtitles are coming up and I don't understand the Turkish language. In shaa Allah you will be able to include English subtitles for more people to benefit from your videos
