Excel IF function

This is a tutorial in Excel's If function. It is one of the most used and useful logical functions in Excel and is usually the starting place and basis for more advance logical functions.

Question can't find answer: Copy words from above. If I type D it completes with David. If I type K it completes it with Kathy. Sometimes It doesn't do it.
If I type R It's not filling in Ralph. There are NO spaces above it's just another name in the list, and there are no other R's in the list? I hope you can help me. I tried to do an IF but don't know how, so I thought having the names above would be better. Thanks, Pat
