    Hello! That's a great question.
In Panama, taxes are the same on the property, regardless of it being owned by a corporation or a natural person.
However, a property owned by a corporation may have some advantages in property tax payments.
Say for instance, a property is purchased at a low registered value and placed under a corporation. It will pay the property taxes based on the Registered value of said property, regardless of what the share sale amount was. If you again sell the corporation (shares), at a higher price with a profit, the property value remains unchanged, and so will the property taxes (sales taxes are a whole different subject).
I would suggest that if you are planning to purchase a property under a corporation, that you get in touch with a good Real Estate Law Firm who can explain to you in detail the pros and cons of these types of transactions.

If you buy a corporation that owns the house, is the property tax rate(percent) different?

It's possible to buy home or flats in 100k in Panama City or near area.

Hello Idris, depending on the area but $100k would be considered very inexpensive near Panama City. Chorrera will be your best option!

Hi good morning. Yes, you could get something near the beach for $150,000 which would probably gross around $8,000 per year and net around $5,000 per year. Round numbers of course
