Absolutely brilliant....They have such innovative dances. The steps and arm movements were so intricate..... This dance should have come in first place in Vancouver..
To date , I have never seen Olympic Rhythm Dancers with such artistic abilities as White and Davis , they were DIAMONDS sparkling on ice , everything they’ve done are GOLDEN PERFORMANCE, a masterpiece worthy to remember.
I’m always going to maintain that their OD should always have outscored VM’s. This was so unique and intricate. VM relied on those prerecorded taps of the flamenco dancer, and it never matched their choreo. Alas, can’t change it now.
its better than the Indian dance by Indians themselves...speed precision it was exquisite...the music is classical and with so many twists and turns there was no wait they danced about four songs and the switch to each was incredible I have watched so many times with amazement Malaysia
Absolutely fantastic performance. D/W have such a versatile repetoire of programs. They can skate to anything which is what makes them so interesting and definitely the best ice dancers out there!!
They should have won Worlds from start to finish. They were better with both OD and FD. Virtue/Moir deserved Olympics gold but should have lost here. Very biased judging.
@xraintimex I agree that being at home surely helped V/M get their Olympic title, but I'm not arguing it. IMO both teams would've been worthy winners of that event, but Meryl and Charlie should've won the OD. I also strongly believe they did better at Worlds and deserved the gold, but V/M's reputation of Olympic champions was enough to push them into 1st.
Dunno much about skating, but could "feel it..." kinda intense...sadness, east meets west, etc. Won over me. Probably won over the competition. Make it look easy.. must hav spent a year on prep. I was more like watching Davis. Good that women dominate some sports.

This is one of the most innovative, inventive, creative, seamless ice dance routines that I think I've ever seen. Best OD by far.
