Goji berries contain about 18 amino acids, including the essential ones. Did you just recommend eating rice with yoghurt? I thought you said it was not a healthy food combination?
A lot of inaccuracies here. If you watch this please do your own research on the potential side affects of whey and also the benefits of plant protein as the whole picture is not provided in the video
It's always great watching your videos - a good point to start one's research journey. One video can never be an answer to everything on earth, and this is common sense. One have to do one's own research to see what fits best for the individual. You have been able to start off the much needed conversation. You have done a good job I can see. 😊 Pranam 🌸
Amazing information on protein supplements, akka. I have been following you for 2 years now and I really appreciate your efforts. If anyone is watching her channel for the first time, let me introduce you: she is a pioneer in the field of yoga, trained by Sadhguru, and has been a 14-time national swimming champion. If you watch this video till the end, you will understand that she is not speaking against taking protein supplements. She is saying that if someone requires high protein supplements, they must be taken under a doctor's or a nutritionist's consultation. So, if anyone is commenting on this video, I request that you watch it till the end.
It also causes loss of Appetite and i have friend who used to say after going gym taking high protein we are not liking home made food rather fast foods. Thats just lack of Appétit .
Excessive use of protein like 400 to 500 grams doesn't harm your body when we take extra protein then we needed then our body use the protein source is calorie in breakdown the protein to energy for our body the only side effect of over using the protein is we smell like nail polish because the protein breaking down release a smelly sweat from our body
Plz explain how much protein is detrimental amount of protein you need to specify it because protein in general is not dangerous but when it goes in excess only then it becomes dangerous
Protein powder also use when is somebody losing fat and they don't want to lose their muscles in that case they use protein powder to increase their muscle building in recovery at the same time losing fat only
Muscle building is both you need calories and protein and and training of your muscles when you brain your muscles your muscles will break and protein will help it to be rebuilded and make it stronger or protein is essential to build muscles and heal muscles
@@sahithreddy6883you read first line by line. It is universally known in muscle building protein is required for continuous healing of muscle. And research she is showing is for regular person who is not into muscle building normal people don't use protein powder.
Upvote this guys. Ma'am, you listed milk as a non vegetarian food. Barely any sugar is used in most whey protein supplements. Using sadhguru as a source of information is hilarious 😂. Our body composition has around 10 to 15% protien lol. And citinv the yogis, classic. If you at most yogis and sadhus, they are not fit at all and most seem malnourished. Yes you can complete the essential amino acid profile with traditional indian food. But you still wont be able to get the necessary amount of protien through it since most traditional indian food is carb dense and not protien dense. And not ayurveda again🤦🏻♂️. We need at least 0.7 to 1 gram of protein per kg of bodyweight as per our fda. Using fssai only as per your convenience, nice. Coming to kidneys now, the damage was only seen in people already suffering from kidney diseases. There is no conclusive evidence that whey causes damage in regular kidneys. There was no science in your video. Stop fear mongering on the basis of unproven fictional data. Hope you'll educate yourself and not delete this comment.
Nobody deleted this. I am a doctor. And i confirm the damage to the human body with excess protein . It burdens the gut and kidneys directly. And no doctors should confirm on your diet actually. We are trained zero in food. So no medical advice if you want to be healthy. Educate yourself on natural health. I quit allopathic career for 12 yrs of being a emergency physician for a reason.
Okay, i wrote nothing wrong. If you are hiding it, it means you have a difficulty in understanding another's view point and trying to impose your understanding on us. This is absurd. You just lost a subscriber 😊

I was searching for a stand up comedy video and found this. Totally worth every minute.
My comment is deleted again and again, I challenge her not to delete it THIS TIME
Let's hope she doesn't delete mine.
