It has nothing to do with theme parties, Halloween or scary movies. All cultures have sacred, spiritual, traditional garb for special occasions in which they are... in proper costume. I see great similarities in different cultures. Words in English often have many meanings. It's tricky, but no insults are intended. Keep educating. Thanks.
