Amazon cheap screen printing press and flash dryer. Is it worth it, take a look and deside for yourself. It will work if you are on a very stricked budget.
Iv been screen printing for years and got one for 1 colours. Having experience allows me to do multiple coloured jobs on it if I have to. Experience is big when it comes to these cheap presses
You have it setup upside down. The springs go close to the screen holder. The tensor goes in inverted from the other, the fish hook gets inserted away from the other.
I just put one of these printers together last night. I simply put the turnbuckles on the turntable side, and the springs towards the screen. Simple fix. They stay down fine.
Don't give up on it that easy, I have the exact same one,all u have to do is adjust the turnbuckles (ON BOTH SIDE/ SOMETIMES SIMULTANEOUSLY)..... try with a screen in it and without.
Get a heat press and once your shirt is dry to the touch from your flash unit jus heat press them...They will be cured with plastisol inks...May help you save some time
Hey Thomas, to fix the issue you have @7:50, flip the set up put the spring at the top where the screen slide in and that way you will have clearance at the bottom. Hope that helps
I think you have the springs upside down i watch someone else video and they actually set it up on camera and put the springs on the other way. you almost changed my mind .... good video though you should do an update video with it switched
Hey! ThomasDaniel change the springs to the opposite side, IE un attach them and put the springs where the screens get attached. Might work a it better..

My tabs were all similar enough sized to not need it. But you need to set bearings based on the smallest tab. Then file the big ones down with a cheapo file till they barely fit

Dude just turn your spring hooks so they're on opposite sides of the eyelet. I had the same one and that was my fix for this issue. No offense, but are you really mechanically inclined? So many people have the same complaint about this issue I resolved it on the first go. What's the deal?
I have the same flash dryer. I have a problem, i connect it to an outlet connected to the wall, after bout 8 to 10 minutes the outlet automatically turns off . How do I fix that problem
Being mechanically inclined has nothing to do with knowing names of things. I've been a locksmith for 25 years so you can say I'm as mechanically inclined as anyone. But just getting into screen printing, don't know the names
I have the same screen printing Machine and i manage to get all 4 arms to stay down. the only issue i am having is setting up that gap that is needed from the screen to the T-shirt palette when screening. it supposed to be the gap of a quarter but for some reason, i can't adjust that. if you know how to please do a video about that. thank you!
Jeovanny Estrella Head over to your local big box home repair store (I have Lowe’s and Home Depot). Get ourself a 18x24 piece of 1/16 plexiglass. Lay that on your pallet, level your screen to the plexi. Problem should be solved.
Jeovanny Estrella you adjust it by bolt where you insert your frames. Loosen it and push it down or adjust where your screen and board are good enough for you. I was baffled when I realize who simple it was to adjust.

I started the same way..I had a shocker 4 color 4 station press from NeverTheLess ScreenPrinting, never could get it right, sold it on craigslist. Pain in the ass. Great video brother!

i have the same from amazon , 4 heads 4 bases. works perfectly , the bracket underneath is wide so you can do fine tuning to match colours !

Take one of the springs from each arm. Just use one spring and it won't pop up. I had the same problem that was my solution.

Those screen printing is very good for people who just getting started nothing come easy you have to start somewhere

That's what I did in mine,I flipped the springs to where the frame is, not in the side of the shaft.

They all got level for me. Just do some adjustment and tighten up the springs
I got both of these plus 4 inks and 5 screens for $220! So far works good on runs!

You need to inver the spring and turn buckle. The spring goes on the bracket, turn buckle on base.

Did you have to assemble any wiring inside the flash or did it work and heat up right away after plugging it in?
if anyone watching this I made a video showing how I set up my press to make all 4 arms lay flat. I'm still learning how to print but I got that part
I just checked mine and compared , dude put the springs on the upper arm annd you wont have problem with head staying down !
The springs and turnbuckle are backwards. If you swap them they turnbuckles won’t hit and tour problem should be solved.

Works good for me. You have to make the bearings tight yourself. There is a process to getting them ligned up.

You need to check to flash and see what the amp is and change the braker
The amp for the flash is 2000w voltage 110v/60hz and the type for my breaker box is 120/240 volts

Put a little piece of cart board under the screen for your off contact
