What do you do at the start of all fights to start the casting ?

What might be wrong with my setup if it doesnt start the auto cast after weapon swap ?@@SKzFaLLeN

@@agassparkle 1. cwdt damage threshold too high/ not enough self-hit damage
2. summon skeleton's duration does not match with your cooldown recovery rate
3. the level of your main skill linked to cwdt is too high to be triggered by cwdt
