In fact, there are number of owners of Agile Bukit Bintang are investing as airbnb unit. And yes you’re right, many “people flow” in and out of this building, and I’d already mentioned this in beginning so for buyer who’s considering this property as own use property, they know this scenario already upfront 😉 there’s no right or wrong for living in a place with full of tourists, it’s just personal preference. If you are looking for more secure or exclusive properties, I have other options for you too 😊
Dats why I m moving out from my current condo behind Quill mall to move in to TRX residence which forbids Airbnb totally, don’t mind paying super high rental to get peace of mind no stress…such nuisance n I utterly hate Airbnb now after living in one for 2.5 years😢
I think the key point here are the options available to potential buyers. They have short and long term rental options, self stay and to rent out one of the rooms option, and fully self use option. That's the flexibility that any smart investor would want from their unit.😊
