@@jwalker7567 J Walker while I agree it could be grammatically confusing from the driver's perspective, the main point of the sign is with respect to the precondition of the light being red. If the sign said "stop before turning right", does that mean you have to stop before turning right even on a green light or protected right turn? So the sign saying "right turn on red after stop" is giving you two instructions: 1. Turning right on a red light is allowed (since a lot of US intersections don't allow turns on red) and 2. You have to come to a full stop before turning. yeah it's not exactly ideal but I guess that's what the transport dept thought would be the best way to say that in the fewest number of words. Also I find it hard to generalize and say all American signs have subpar grammar. Like "no turn on red" or "yield to pedestrians" sounds fine to me

Yeah that judge couldn't be more real put tears in my eyes to see how real he is thank you for being so professional with everything you do
Watching from the uk, wish we had compassionate judge like yours.👍🏻🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧😉👨⚖️👨⚖️👨⚖️👨⚖️
Anthony Nash he’s the only one
@@doge9347 yeah ikr like what a moron for saying that based on one fkn dude lol
One of the best judges in the United States. I love this judge, totally fare and takes all input in consideration.
Another fantastic vid.... the judge is a great guy I think... some people deserve a break and he can see this .....
I can't get over how compassionate this judge is. His kids/grandkids are so fortunate.
LMAO technically “after stop” could be stopping after you turned on red. They might want to change that sign
@@jwalker7567 I agree with you and I've lived in the US all my life
@@jwalker7567 J Walker while I agree it could be grammatically confusing from the driver's perspective, the main point of the sign is with respect to the precondition of the light being red.
Like "no turn on red" or "yield to pedestrians" sounds fine to me
J Walker it’s perfectly understandable to me.
How is it confusing?
Turn after stop
as in
Stop then turn.
@@SidPil "stop, then turn right" would be far more clear, which should be the aim for traffic signs. The fact you have to explain it is proof of the matter.
This is just an awesome, caring judge! Love watching him!
I like that the prosecution even understood the situation
Judge, I don't see many things things that restore my faith in human kindness... but your video's always tug a heart string. Thank you.
1:39 , when inspector Quinn is asked to do something for once
kingsofserbiangameplay 162 I also noticed that lol
WOW! I hope this judge has A LOT of support because he is an angel and we need more like him DESPERATELY! Canada has BAAAAAAD courts with even worse judges. I really hope this Frank Caprio gets the recognition he deserves! THANK YOU FRANK! People like this restore my faith in humanity.
Common Sense is still alive!!!! When the bottom line isn't collecting revenue but serving JUSTICE. Applause, applause!
one great judge...Fair, compassionate...I wish our country was run on these principles.
Luckily in Germany we are allowed to abandon some rules while driving to the ER in an emergency
The judge dismissed the case because she was going to the ER, the US also allows for some rules to be bent in cases of emergency.
Joker u do realize every country basically allows this..
@@ok-gg5kp if you explain the reason properly, yeah, they'll let you go.
It's just that society demands that everyone is held accountable by the law. That's why he's there in court: to defend his actions by using a legitimate reason.
This made me cry. You can feel that the gentleman was a genuine friend. You don't get that with many friends that would do that. Kudos to that friend!
Okay, that's enough faith in humanity for one day.
Back to /pol/.
Crimea_River yeah yeah, climb back down into the 4chan sewers
Putin lol
There was far too much toxic positivity in this video
Such an absolute awesome judge. Wish we had a lot more of them.
I commend the judge on his decision. She was clearly in the wrong, but probably noticed no oncoming traffic, so made the turn without stopping because of the emergency. It is good to see the judge show compassion considering.
Just wanted to say that this might be the best judge in the world and i hope more judges learn to be like this guy
2:34 bruh... you sure this ain't gta
How can you change the world?one act of kindness a day.good job judge
I say this on alot of The Judge's videos here..I swear..I'm gonna go down to Providence...ask a cop for a ticket...just so I can fight it and meet Judge Caprio...pay the full ticket and donate to a charity of his choice the same that he fines me.
We need more judges like this guy. every damn time i see a video with him in it, its beautiful
