If there are other admins for that server that have similar command access to you that they could ban him for you and get you back on top of the chain of command and CALL THE POLICE! Him sending you something random could be claimed as a threat to your safety and look at the return address, if it is were your little bro lives or one of his friends than you know that Pomgreen is your little bro or one of his friends

There was a hacker that said they were going to drop something at your house before but they weren't this crazy that they were able to mess with ur op and server console.
Hire a hacker that will agree to be your friend and have him delete pomgreens account and then have him re op you and be your permanent body guard on the server
