they had auditions to enter the company (jyp) but bangchan himself put the members together to debut as stray kids!!! felix and bangchan are actually from Australia so their mother language is english but yeah they also speak korean, japanese and felix knows some french too.

@@vexreactslive it is!! learning new languages is so cool, my mother language is Portuguese cuz I'm from Brazil but being able to communicate in English and Spanish and knowing some Korean too is really nice you get to experience other cultures and communicate better with ppl from all over the world.

You seem to enjoy serious conversations, I recommend you watch "Two kids room" (the 2022 version) they sit and talk 2 by 2 and talk about their everyday lives, their personalities, fights and what it's like to live together, they have been living together for years, it's my favorite variety show from them🥰love your reactions and sorry if anything is confusing, I'm Brazilian so english is not my first language🥲

Felix is the type of person always talks very deeply and does the same to his members, that'd why he said he didn't want to go too deep, because his type of deep is like deep deep 😭❤️🩹
They are so chaotic. Actually (the 25th) is their anniversary so they have officially been a group for five years now, but they've known each other for longer since they were trainees(they had to audition to be in their company and to be trainees.)Their staff just released what it's like having to deal with them today and it was so hilarious. They practically called them a zoo and just confirmed that they can't sit still.
I like your observation about 'happy medium' between not thinking and over thinking... And if you're going to keep watching skz u have to get used to all the butt slapping.. they do it a LOT
stray kids are singers, dancers, rappers, visuals comedians, and much more lol. Chan and felix they are Australian they were born and raised there and then moved to South Korea for this wonderful job that brought them together lol

if you like deep things, stray kids are good!! they talk a lot about stuff and are very open about themselves whilst still having their private lives (i think felix just didn’t want to bring the mood down in this case HAHA)
if you like album making process stuff or just want to see more what the guys are like, i really recommend the intro:maxident video! you don’t have to watch it cause it’s 27 minutes long, but personally time flew when i did lol. also about language learning i totally get that; seeing as it’s hugely english dominated in america it makes sense that you wouldn’t learn another language BUT if you have the time i think it’s totally something you could give a go! not only is it really cool but i find you gain so much insight on other cultures, and being able to understand another language feels very nice. whenever i have the time i like to study certain languages and it’s super interesting
on another note, i really liked that you wanted felix to say something deep HAHA that actually inspired me to write this comment- you have very good vibes!! keep it up :)
YES they had to audition for their company to be trannies! BangChan(leader) then formed the group StrayKids (they did have go through a survival show to debut) and yes they release music in korean, japanese and english :))

1.) They are worse about slapping butts than any football team leaving a huddle. It's just their bro love language. We just don't ask anymore.
2.) Yes, the objective of the Cleopatra Game is to go higher and higher. The person who can't go any higher loses. That's why Felix and his deep-a** voice was just going to not even try at first 😂
3.) Yes, people do have to audition to kpop agencies. It's pretty tough to get in. And it's tough to STAY in, they have no problem just randomly cutting people from one day to the next. A few people are scouted on the street based on looks and brought in to audition that way. That is how Hyunjin ended up there initially. He had the position of the "visual" when the group was formed (yes, that is a real position in most kpop bands), but he hated when people thought he was just a pretty face. So he worked his butt off to develop the talent he has today and prove them wrong!
4.) Felix & Lee Know were at a Japanese spa/hot springs resort-type place, and the staff specially made them tea to enjoy, but it was gross. But poor Felix tried to continue drinking it anyway because he's so polite.
5.) Yes, Felix and Bang Chan were actually raised in Australia and are fluent in both English and Korean. Bang Chan's family moved to Australia when he was very small, but Felix's family actually immigrated there earlier, so he was born there! Unfortunately, Felix's fam didn't speak much Korean at home, so he just spoke basic "polite" Korean when he moved to SK to train at 16, and it was a huge problem at first. Felix was even cut from the group, until he worked on it enough to be given a second chance. Apparently Chan's family had kept speaking both even in Australia, and he also moved to South Korea-- alone-- at 13 to train, so he had more time to perfect switching back and forth. Fun fact: the band also speaks at least basic Japanese, several are at the "pretty good" level, and Bang Chan and Lee Know are very good-- not quite fully fluent yet, but getting there, judging by the opinions I've seen from many Japanese fans 😊
6.) Three of them actually have black belts in taekwondo- Lee Know, Changbin, and Felix! (Lee Know also has black belts in 2 other disciplines.) Felix was a 2nd degree black belt when they started, but allegedly (not sure the source) he has a 3rd degree now. He does spins and kicks in some of their choreo (you can look up "Felix taekwondo" to see him doing some stuff) and Changbin will occasionally, but not nearly as often
