First improve your app so that user can place the order rather than making useless videos. Useless kind of app. Not able to place the order from last 48 hrs due to ReKYC things even my KYC is fully validsted. Other apps are allowing to place the order but customer care saying its a new change. So SEBI guidelines did not say that you can block the customer by not placing the order for 2 days. Just a useless process improvement. Better to quit my account from your disgusting app. First learn how to initiate new process within time frame and without inteference of customer orders.
