I love my Night Routine it's so much fun for me the first thing I do is take a shower, grab a snack, make myself some tea, read a book, brush my teeth, dry my hair, put my PJ's on, watch some RUclips, turn on my LED light, relax in my bed, and go to sleep

That’s not the best idea. If she has a hot cup of tea, adding a freezing block of ice will cool it down, but will not do it much good. Mixing the two different substances at extremely different temperatures could lead to a stomach ache.

I have some tips for you roily hair and why it might happen it prob starts to get more oily because in Australia it is summer time- the same things started to happen to my hair it might also happen if you keep touching your hair some tips are when your drying your hair use a wet brush or a brush instead of your fingers because if you keep touching your hair it will produce more oil another tip is to OMLY shampoo your scalp make sure not to put conditioner on your scalp only on tour ends- and it might help if you double Shampoo your hair in summer make sure to put the oil ONLY on the ends bc u dont want your hair to produce more oil try not to use to much heat when not needed bc it is known for making your hair dry and oily I hope this helped I am a huge fan and love watching your routines
