Some videos like this doesn’t get much views but I am grateful to share it with anyone that can get something from it so thank you for that comment! :)
The white balance fix on that very first picture made feet unnaturally reddish. Do you mask it to paint so it matches the rest of the pictures skin color? Or do you leave it as is? Thank you :)
Hi there, thank you for this video. I am a beginner - Just want to ask if I smooth the Photo for soft skin how not to loose the crisp eyes? Because the entire image is then smoothed, right? Any advice?
It saves deep in your computer but it also creates a duplicate file within your Lightroom right next to the original so you can delete the original unedited file so you don’t have duplicate when you export.
Yeah it’s the deep in the computer bit that bugs me (temporary files). I’d rather save the PSD in a folder next to the RAW images. On a PC it works well but on a Mac not so much
You’re welcome ! Short video, right to the goal, well explained, easy to understand (I am French 🇫🇷), entertaining, you inspired me for an entire wedding editing (my 5th) So thank you for your work
I am a photo editor and I had an interview with a client who told me that each of their weddings consists of 5000 photos and my job was to review them all, make a selection of 3 thousand and edit them all in less than 10 hours. I told him he could have results in at least 12 hours. Honestly, I don't have the ability to edit, select and edit 3 thousand photos in less than 10 hours, even working with presets and in batches. That amount of time seems minimal to me for the number of photos. Either the client didn't want to pay for enough hours or I'm definitely doing something wrong.
That’s so much photo for a wedding. I shoot about 2000 and give my clients 1000. Some photographer take 10 photos of the same thing rapidly. It’s always difficult to agree on a price for work like this for sure.
@@CameraToFreedom Doing some photography shoots that need a fast turnaround right now. Was really looking for approaches to going much faster than this.
Excellent tips, thank you! I am shooting a baby shower this weekend, and your tips will help tremendously with post work flow!
Good luck in your photo shoot! We are so blessed to have such a fun career. Never felt like it’s work!

Please, what year of photoshop is that?
Thank you for your comment. I believe the Photoshop is 2023 but I have a subscription so I’m always updating my Photoshop.
which Apple computer do you use?
I have an iMac and couple of MacBooks :) I need to update! Every year something faster comes out! 4 years later my computers aren’t as fast anymore :/
I had no idea you can do that with the white balance for multiple photos!
Thanks for letting me know! It is a fun trick everyone should know for sure.
Great! Where do the PSD or TIFF files save to when you hit Command S?
It saves deep in your computer but it also creates a duplicate file within your Lightroom right next to the original so you can delete the original unedited file so you don’t have duplicate when you export.

How to edit photos FAST: Make tons of edits to one individual photo, then go on to another one.
Well you do have to edit. With AI it’s becoming easier for sure.
