Changing from Megaman to Shadowman, I presume? Because there is no combo with them both. Shadowman only has a combo attack with Colonel and Toadman. Like the video demonstrates. Even though Megaman buddies up to everyone and gets their Double Soul mode, that doesn't mean he has a combo attack with =everyone=. Even though he has indeed the biggest number of combo attacks across both versions.
Full Sync via counter > change to a navi that your current navi has a combo with. Those attacks use the Full Sync up and don't receive the 2x damage bonus from it, though. IIRC these combos' damage is calculated from the buster attack values form both navis involved
