Imagine: Roman loses to Cody at 40. He retreats into the darkness, to be forgotten and not seen or heard from again, a year or year and a half later. Everyone is happy. Things are going well for Cody, still champion, Sami finally wins a title, Jey has managed to move on from the trauma of Roman Reigns, became the new Head of the Table and he has reformed the Bloodline to be a face faction. Just when they're all at their peak. Lights cut out for a solid 45 seconds then this version of Roman's theme plays. He has returned a Tribal Chief gone rouge, tearing everyone apart. He isn't after the title, he isn't after being Head of the Table, he doesn't need a wiseman or Solo, he's after blood and revenge. He realized, why should he limit himself to being the Tribal Chief when he could be THE Tribal GOD

A tribal chief gone rogue. He comes back to see that Jey was appointed the new Tribal Chief (maybe Jey reforms The Bloodline, except this time they'll be a babyface faction) Roman is deranged, rageful and bitter from his loss to Cody (don't want Cody to be the one to dethrone him but eh what can we do?) And seeing Jey as the new Head of the Table, Tribal Chief does not help. Running through anyone even if they are Samoan. He's more unstoppable than when he had the full Bloodline of Jey, Jimmy, Solo, and Sami. The Elders can't stop him, even Solo would step back in fear. It'll literally be WWE RAW and Smackdown vs Roman Reigns, and they will fall to their knees and not acknowledge him as the Tribal Chief, but as the Tribal God. An urban legend boogyman, that future generations of superstars will hear and fear. No one will kill Roman Reigns but Roman Reigns.
