There is a figurine package you buy. You can search Truth and Inference Wu Chang package/figure. A code for the skin comes with the package. But I will say that I don't know 100% if it's still available.

It was available to purchase at the NetEase store (also came with physical items). I believe it won't come back, but I'm not 100% sure
