How many customer signatures were on the petition demanding a card system? Where was the customer preference interview part of the video? All these customers overcoming the neglectful operator of the laundromat and you left out all the compelling information they offered to support this decision?
The worst decision i ever made . The hybrid system was the way i went but ,the cost of card systems equipment is over 20 k then monthly service plus processing fee. 3 of us laundry owners are dropping the card systems and getting an ATM which we can make money instead of loosing money with card systems.
@@LaundromatResource There was a laundry mat in Daly city ca. they spent over 30k for card systems about a year ago , they has completely dismantled the card system and walk away . Few othered in South Bay which is Mountain View and San Jose area they are getting rid of them . They way it goes I don’t believe the card systems be around. Specially there are new payment companies are in their infancy’s which will compete with SQ and PayPal for the market share . I saw a point of pay . Just like a reader that can feed about 50 machin . Not like one unit per machin . Now i have to look for a square aluminum to cover the ugly holes on my machines
@@alirezashirazifard8990 Man, sorry you had that experience. I know the card systems can be expensive for sure. Hopefully you got a refund for those readers. Thanks for sharing your experience here.

Interesting perspective! I haven’t heard too many people who have gone hybrid and regretted it. Thanks for your input!
