Tori Spelling seemed pretty justified. Especially given everything that happened on charmed
Janet Hubert not only was pregnant, but also in an abusive marriage at the time of her departure. She didn't share with anyone her personal problems, but apparently was becoming difficult to work with, feeling she had no one to turn to for help. There was a whole discussion about this in the Fresh Prince reunion special, where she even got to meet the actress that replaced her.
I think the most surprising on this list is that Anger Management lasted longer than 54 episodes.

I freaking LOVE Bill Murray, I've watched 99% of his films. The man's a treasure. That being said, he's also extremely privileged, and basically blind to it. When he makes films now days it's a coin toss as to whether he'll even show up. Lucy Liu as a reasonably inexperienced actor (at the time), a young, Asian-American woman, and someone who probably didn't act like a star-struck fan about him, was probably a pretty obvious target for his bad behavior. He'd be hard to work with. But he's so great on-screen.
I think he's okay but it depends on the script. Groundhog Day is amazing but with an awful script like Scrooged he's unable to lift it to anything other than shite.
Getting a co-star fired isn't the worse thing Charlie Sheen has done to one of them. He should be in prison.

@@louise8551 On the other hand, I've seen outakes where she was pretty obnoxious with other co-stars of Hellboy. She just doesn't give off a good vibe to me. Some people are like that, you watch them and feel like something is a little "off". Angelina Jolie comes to mind...

a friend and I are both big fans of Lucy Liu, and she suggested that maybe Bill Murray hit on Lucy and got rejected, which led to how he treated her while shooting the movie. I could see that....
Nope, Murray was / is 100% correct, Lucy Liu is a very bad actor...never liked her, just a very crappy actor. So Jeff, you like bad acting, nothing wrong with that however people within the profession, like Murray, tend to take umbrage to bad actors like Liu.

Exactly. Freedom of religion means everyone has the right to believe what they want, which includes no one has the right to force someone else what to believe.
In some cases the person fired was terrible and ruining the production (example: Shia LaBeouf) but everybody was afraid to say anything to the powers that be because the person is petty, vindictive or crazy. It's times like this when the big star steps up and does what needs to be done.
Please check your facts about the Fresh Prince of Bel Air. They did a reunion where a lot was explained about Janet Huber's departure. Will Smith and the rest of the cast acted badly and ruined a woman's career.

When Beverly Hills 90210 aired in 1990. It was a breath of fresh air. There was really no other show quite like it.
I was close to the characters age, at the time. So I could really relate to them.
I know that at the time Shannon Doherty started acting up, but I was sad that you would let her go. The show just wasn't the same without her.
I Pretty much stop watching it after that. She was one of the characters who kept me watching. Plus a better actress then 3 of them put together ❤

Bill Murray being a perv and getting nasty when Lucy Lui rejected his advances is horrible. She bravely stood up to him and hopefully he learnt a valuable lesson. He's funny but needs a good script hence his wonderful performance in Groundhog Day but totally awful in the trash that is Scrooged.

Difference between Bill Murray and Lucy liu. Charlies Angels was a lark to Bill. Some to do to pass some time. He obviously didn’t take it seriously. To Lucy Liu it was a career move.
I've met a few famous people in my life, and by and large they're very gracious people.....except for Slyvester Stallone. He became my personal yardstick for bullying egocentric twittish diva behavior when he had his bodyguards throw me (literally toss me by my tshirt) off of a hotel elevator that I had boarded first a floor before them. I was 11 years old at the time Same bodyguards threw me out of the hotel gift shop the next day because the Italian Scallion decided he needed to occupy that space.

@@ryanswaynow They did it exacly for the money. Bill was a support cast. Lucy is one of the 3 main protagonists. The people who watch the movies didnt even notice he was not in the second one. They would notice if she was replaced.

I think Stalone just didnt liked to have another alpha dog on the set with him. Specialy someone who is not physically big but keep acting tough. Plus - handsome as hell. The olde - tough street boy vs the pretty city boy story.
