    Hello Barbara,
    It is a nice channel.
    1. Would you like to share some stories or experiences those are interesting and useful?
    2. How old are you?
    3. Which one is your favorite dish?
    4. What do you think about religion?
    👍🏻

Thank you for making these videos! I've just found your channel after researching CBT therapy for my son's new diagnosis of OCD. I'm striving to make sense of his anger, frustration and obsessive rituals. When he is thinking logically, he can really express his feelings to me. I appreciate your expertise! I would love more videos on OCD. I'll be checking out your narc videos as well, I've recently 'discovered' that i was raised by a covert narc and it has opened my eyes in a whole new way. Wow. I was definitely her supply all along. I have gone 'gray rock' and it is helping but I feel like I am grieving in a way and feel so sad. However I remember how toxic the relationship really was and remind myself it's not worth it. I have to create boundaries to make real change. Thanks for your helpful videos. Wishing you happy holidays!

Thank you for this comment, how to deal with that sense of grief and sadness is something I'd love to learn about.
And OCD is tough - your son will blossom when he feels your support ❤️

Isn't it great when you say, I have to and then you stop and say why. Then when you challenge yourself to do something different or even the opposite just for the fun of it or as an experiment, its freeing.

What about the feeling of missing out?

Hi, I recently watched a video on FOMO and a key thing that it suggested was to understand what we value in the thing we feel we are missing out. Why do we feel the need to do that thing? Maybe it's the need of connection, or novelty, or adventure. Then knowing that, we can take a little step towards that value, and we will be more satisfied. I think it is also connected to what Barbara said about values
