If it is not worth my time, I use silence and find more peace and deal with it when the environment is more favourable. It gives me more peace especially just before bed. The devil often wants married people to argue just before going to bed. Haven't you noticed? God does not want us to go to bed mad with each other. Epheasian 4: 26,27. Silence works for situations like this. You wake up more forgiving and peaceful .Give it a try ! Don't add fuel to the fire.
