Specifically, advise interviewees to sit up straight with their feet flat on the floor and keep their hands in their lap or on the armrests of the chair to avoid appearing defensive or distracted. You are just making unnecessary remarks. It is true that candidates who come from small towns and rural parts of India may not have much exposure to professional etiquette. However, as a guide, it is our responsibility to teach them in a proper manner so that they can benefit from it. I have watched many of your videos, but you do not seem to provide guidance on the basic etiquettes of professional interviews. I hope you understand.
