And on Fortnite, when you don't have a very powerful processor, it's best to leave it on unlimited, on my Ryzen 5 5600, if I leave it on 240fps only, I have the same fps as you, but if I leave it on unlimited, it goes up to 300-400Fps and in the worst case 270-280Fps even if I'm playing with 4000 polling rate (I forgot to specify, this in battle royale, on reload the fps are much higher and stable because it is like a creative map but in the worst case I still have over 300Fps on Reload)
