you dont need to remove the motherboard ands everything else you just havo to remove the motherboard cover battery display and thats everything. And you only need to remove the battery, fingerprint and display flex youre just making it harder and easier to mess up i did all my repairs on this particular phone without removing the motherboard and all the flexes.

unfortunately the screen connector cable runs behind the battery and you can only get to it from the back... there is quite a bit here you dont need to do but watch it and see you have to take the battery out...
