The actual way is he broke his limiter now what is a limiter? It is a barrier any living creature cannot cross unless close to death multiple times the limiter was added by the fake one punch man god so no one can reach its heights however saitama since he had 0 air conditioner/heater usage he was close to death multiple times allowing simple exercises over a 3 year timespan go a long way
@@phoenixsenju8984Nah you try doing all that stuff for even 5 days, tbh if you do that all without a singular break it's worse than military training, and doing it constantly with only bananas and idk what drink most humans or all realistically would die before finishing it, since he did do all of that, he started rapid growth, because he did non-human feats, so then he grew an extraordinary amount for the smallest things after the 3 month point, where he would get the same result from just punching the air then compared to practicing strength training for years, and it keept growing, so at a year think of it as doing 1 quintillion pushups without any kickback, he gets that much from like 10 push ups from that point, so at the 2 year msrk since its exponetiak he would get the result of running around the distance to the sun from a regular walk to the stone, thats how the exponetial growth works in the show
