one of those external "upscalers" is basically just a glorified filter. A decent upscaler that predicts what frames should look like such as dlss 2+ and fsr 2+ require in game support. if a game doesnt have these your better off using driver level upscalers like fsr 1.0 which is built into the steam decks os just by lowering the native resolution in game
@@Diy_Papi they fixed alot of stuff and it will just keep getting better, make sure you had everything i mean EVERYTHING updated because there's lots to update to get your machine running properly

I would agree for the most part but it does help with Anti-aliasing

Looks like its just "super resoultion". Most monitors and tvs have this built in. I personally dislike it because it oversharpens the image a lot
