After one year of ownership and 12,000 miles....we review the ups and downs of Ford Bronco ownership.
Doc and Patty go through the products that they like the best for making the Bronco a better commuter. As great as the Bronco is....the front cabin can use some help in being more daily use friendly and organized.
These are not products that we sell, we have no relations with these companies...they are just great products that deserve a shout out for a good job!
I just bought mine 4 days ago. I bought a 2022 badlands/Hard top with sasquatch package on it. I LOVE it so far. I added mud flaps and bought a stretch sun shade for when I take the top off.
Im channeling you! I am going from a Jeep Rubicon with a 3.5 AEV lift and 35s to a 2024 Badlands with 33s and no lift. Having done lots of overlanding and rock crawling as well as LOTS of Interstate driving, Ive concluded that the lower stock vehicle is better for my needs. Love what you did with the wheels and flares. Very smart. And buddy, are you aware how much you talk over her? She’s gotta really be fast to get a word in edgewise. Just sayin. She’s pretty thoughtful and has good stuff to say. Take a breath.
You will love the Road manners of the Bronco compared to the Jeep. lol…I’ll be more attentive to talking over her on camera…thanks for the input!!
The window noise and the window sticking is easily fixed...saw comments about it on another video w instructions on how to fix.
We just did a detailed pair of videos addressing the noisy hardtop...the second one will address the wind noise.
Nice review. I ordered a 2021 two door Black Diamond, but after waiting over a year I changed the order to a four door which arrived November 2022. I then ordered a two door Badlands which arrived September 2023. Enjoying it very much. Keep the updates coming.
Thanks....I'd love to hear your views on the two door. There just is not enough content out there on day to day life with them
@@Springtailsolutions I really like the two door and since it is just my wife and I we don’t need the extra space, and with the rear seats folded down it has plenty of room for trips. I know most people order the four door, which does give you more room, plus a larger gas tank, but for me the two door is just right.
Great review thanks!
Thanks for watching!
You can always adjust your hood stops. Twist them up to snug up your hood from bouncing.
Great Idea, I will try that
would you be willing to share more info about your wheels. I like your idea to have a wider stance. What size and offset did you go with. Maybe a link to the wheels you used.
Obtained from the Bronco Nation Store Fifteen52 - Analog HD Wheel
Asphalt Black / 17x8.5, Not sure about back spacing
Does the roof over the front seats come off by itself?
It comes off in 2 pieces and there is a middle (rear seat) section that comes off as well. The very rear is bolted on and is a little more work to get off.
Would also recommend some seat back covers for the back seats.
What brand did you get?
@@Springtailsolutions got them from IAG off road. Easy to install
