Actually u don't need Naruto' follow up to restrict movement on his 4* bcs his lb increases accuracy on all his jutsus so after using his lb once, all his jutsus will have increased accuracy buff
However, increased accuracy still isn't equal to highly accurate which strip evasion 100%
Sometimes increased accuracy can strip evasion, sometimes don't. But highly acccurate jutsu is 100% strip
For naruto 20 anni follow up, its effect is "decrease evasion even this jutsu doesn't cause damage" which means it give the same result as highly accurate jutsu
In defense, he always use new 4* first, so having this follow up isn't that bad too

This "restrict movement" should had never existed at the first point,now we need more hella broken Am mains to win,if facing a strong f4 no matter what main ur either losing (90 percent) or CLOSE win,either of the two,this game is stuck

You can't even build up resistance to it, the 2 things you could do is UP your CP and UP your evasion, they maybe giving this the edge for blue type units

Same as baryon, there is "burning soul buff" which is his personal buff to increase personal damage

Next time you did a test can you use ntl fu bcs it gives large accuracy buff. It's not fair to not show attacker true potential(ntl in this case) so ppl will get better understanding of the unit
If you have Naruto light to provide instant team evasion, that large accuracy buff still do nothing
And if you don’t have evasion units in F4, you don’t need to have large accuracy buff because there is no evasion for F4
So the result is still the same
It depends on AI and invincibility
Actually, this isn’t Naruto the last true potential, there is more dangerous entry but I don’t want to show that or my viewers will use it on my base 😂

No, highly accurate jutsu is jutsu that can hit anything 100% like its name
This effect is the same as naruto the last LB+3, evasion that can't be negated means that you can't remove evasion buff from him, even using negate buff installation
When indra or naruto the last LB+3 get hit by highly accurate jutsu, you can see that his evasion buff is still on but he get knocked down because it's highly accurate jutsu
Well, for example, if you have indra or naruto the last LB+3 and test with sasuke fv, he will get knocked down by his LB but won't get knocked down by 4* because that jutsu is medium accuracy and his evasion buff is still on

If Naruto the last LB+3 evasion can’t be negated, I would say no one can deal with him. Imagine you can’t increase cd time, can’t drain CP because evasion is protecting him. But it doesn’t like that, Naruto the last LB+3 can be hit by highly accurate jutsu in F4 like Sasuke the last, narulight, Hashirama

I have tried that in defense test but I think his restrict movement combo isn’t that flawlessly without new LB (new LB halve cooldown so he can rotate jutsu more flawlessly and it gives him self evasion make it harder to knock him down)
What make Indra better than shikamaru is 2 restricted movement jutsu too, when one jutsu is cooling down, you can restrict movement by another one
However, you can try him and see the result

Bro I got stl ult in rerun and make him max and 60k attack but he's so weak ( 1 hit max and other damage or around 100k and damage area is 50k is it like this for everyone)?

I meant long time damage nullification from ex ult
In LB+3, damage nullification remain 2 sec only. And the condition to activate is that his HP must be lower than 50%. And it is activated 1 time only
This is the same as Naruto the last LB+3 damage nullification
Should i buy stl ulti from rerun token shop or buy naruto baryon ulti, i dont have stl lb and ulti, but i have naruto baryon rerun full kit, except for ulti

But if you remain narulight, no need to make Lb+3 to indra
Comparing between Hashirama and Indra, I think Hashirama is a bit worthier to make +3 because increase cooldown effect is increased again

The “Decrease how long the enemy can be immune to status effects by 25 sec (s)” of Naruto Baryon mode Old limit break is now only 20 secs WTF!!!!!
