The case of a tire falling off from the car happened to me and my wife after we've droved more than 400km to our destination. When we reached our destination the right wheel and it's deive shaft came off with the ball bearing shattering down on the parking lot. We were shivering with thankfulness to Allah that we perform our sujud syukur on the spot.

Same happened to me with a teapot full of boiling water init.I 'd had just given charity 15 minutes earlier came home filled the glasses with tea and the moment i put the pot back on the stove the handle came off İt was just one screw holding it together and it was all loose.to date i still dont know how it didnt fell of in my hand and not burnt me.
