That foot to the face was nasty and shouldn't be allowed. Imagine how poorly-coached wrestling would look if everyone in that situation shoved their foot in their opponent's face.

Not a typical free style wrestling move, but was it a casual, incidental defensive move or intentional desperate move? I don't know but I can understand different viewpoints on what was not a good look.
