I remember buying this single back in early 1996 as a 17 year old. I used to take 2 buses from work to get home. While waiting for my second bus, I would quickly go to Woolworths and buy a single usually on a Thursday which was a payday. I would get home, have a bite to eat and listen to my new single on loop while I had a shower ready to go out. I would go round the local Working Men's club then go to Durham night clubbing. I'd usually get home for about 2am and get up at 6am with a bad head and go to work. My weekend started on a Thursday. Happy memories. I'd do it all again in a heartbeat.
@@og_ice_freezer Haha yep, and then Napster became a thing and the music industry pretended we would have bought every damn song without Napster, when in reality we hoped to be ready to press record when finally the song we wanted got on air. And the longer you've been waiting the more certain they would change to Beavis and Butt-Head or someone on the radio started to read out greetings in the middle of the song. 🤣 Good memories. Seems like you are also one of the lucky people to have lived before the smartphone made the world spin a lot faster. One could say we got the beeest of both worlds. 😋
Oh, can't see myself but I'm in that clip. Saw them the day before live in Paris and they've asked us to come and jump in the clip they were doing the next day
I swear there was a version of this with the following lyric: (questionable spelling) - 'it's me JC on the AKG and cant nobody rock a mic like me, from around the world we do our things and if we rock that joint cos your down with the king!'| (or something similar) If anyone has any idea let me know, I've been looking for the name of the song/remix for about 15 years. Thanks
WELL WHAT CAN I SAY ... FOR EVERYONE THAT HAS LISTEND TO THIS VERSION BEFORE LISTENING TO THE ORIGINAL ..... THIS EVOLUTION. A FEEL GOOD FACTOR ..... ENJOY
All versions: -No Fronts (original album version) - released in 1994 on ABK album -No Fronts (Jam master jay remix) - released in 1995 on "The Remixes EP" -No Fronts (Not Pearl Jam mix) - released in 1995 on ABK special edition
