0:46 - 1:10 This section is the best one for me, and it feels... Oddly calming. It's a real relief from the metallic, foreboding groans at the beginning, as a slow, comforting (what I can only assume to be a music box) lullaby starts playing, drowning out the groans from before, and yet, some of the note's slight distortions still reminds you of the terrors lurking in the halls. And somehow, the harmony of the notes is slightly nostalgic (at least to me), this sorta reminds me of some Minecraft jukebox songs. Strange? Yep. Effective? You bet. I've been playing this game again recently (to revisit the nostalgia) and every time this part came along, I usually felt comforted. Even as I was holding onto a doorknob for my dear life, I took a deep breath after holding it in to hear another thing's breathing, moved onto the next door, closed my eyes, concentrated, and reacted accordingly. I feel as though this encapsulates the feelings one would have, when in situations like this. The music is a combination of the hollow wiring a child who has experienced a traumatic event would likely be drawn to, paired eerily with a chime-esque take on the beeping and steady rhythm of the monitors used to measure this poor child, suspended in nightmare of known and unknown. This ambient track is beautiful, not only for its musical representation, but for how it can easily describe the situation right under the players nose, and as Scott himself said, things can easily be misconstrued in the eyes of a child. Fnaf 4 marks the end of a long line of events occurring from the view of adults in a job reality, and takes you into the mind of a child to show what trauma truly is - another nightmare in the hallway, another day closer to the party.

This gives me a wave of nostalgia I remember when I was 8 or 9 years old in 2015 and this game scared the absolute shit out of me I remember discovering this game and sonic.exe and boy when I played this and sonic.exe for the first time I was scared shitless I always thought the nightmare animatronics were behind me in the darkness but it gives me nostalgia to know that something so small as a jumpscare could lead to paranoia and nightmares sure fnaf isn’t relevant anymore but shit like fortnite will never touch this game series in my opinion fnaf has left an impact on everyone who grew up through the 2010s these games were so scary and made us all grow and face our fears it might not be as scary as we once thought it was but it definitely was to us as children also I’m 13 now and I’m gonna 14 In a few months this game has grew on me over the years it went from a scary game that gave me nightmares to a nostalgic game that makes me remember the good old times
Step 1: play this on loop Step 2: put headphones on Step 3: lie down on your bed and fall asleep Step 4: congratulations, you have now been teleported to FNAF 4.
Fun Fact: The chime part starting at 0:36 and ending at 1:09 is sampled from “Don’t Blow It,” a track from the movie Solaris (2002). Edit: For anyone who wants to listen for themselves, here’s a link to the track: *m.ruclips.net/video/YIDkG_2_q-s/видео.html* It’s at the beginning of the song.
I couldn't believe it when I heard it in the ambience; thought I was going crazy! It's one of my favourite ambient tracks, and was used in a brilliant Volkswagen advert called "Night Drive" once, so it was quite a shock to hear it used in a FNAF game.
This ambience gives me so much memories.. I remember having old FNAF posters up and playing FNAF 4 on my android tablet, I remember the good ol days where the lore was finally getting pieced together
This brings back nostalgic memories from 2015 - 2016. I remember that i was in high school when it came out and i had 6 friends who would talk about it, but as time moved on my friends moved on and so i only have 2 friends now. It's just great that listening to this just brings that right back
As a child I suffered from night terrors and hallucinations, in one of them maybe in 2010 or less I had a nightmare or hallucination with this sound 0:46 - 1:10 years later this game came out number 4, and this sound gives me a gloomy nostalgia from the past until today.
It feels like if... You were in a scenario.. Inside of a house, all alone. You think that and realize there are monsters inside of the house you are in, you hide under the bed, but they know and hear you breathing. You get jumpscared and wake up inside of your house.
This is so nostalgic and sad at the same time cause I miss when FNAF was so popular and when my brother liked it a lot and we would not stop talking about it. He doesn't like it as much as he used to but I still love it!
@@FauxKun This person isn't a weeb. A weeb is a non-Japanese male who watches and is a fan of CGDCT anime, has a waifu, a waifu pillow and is obsessed with Japan. A weeb is always talking about how cute or "kawaii" his favourite characters are and claiming one of them to be his "waifu". He occasionally uses romanized Japanese words instead of English equivalents, such as "kawaii" instead of "cute" and "baka" instead of "dumb" or "jerk" (it has both meanings). Some of them also use Japanese honorifics, for example when they attach the "-chan" honorific to the names of people or characters they like or find cute, or when they use the "-sama" honorific to show they respect someone. Weebs call non-weebs normies. Weebs are harmless. They know they're disliked by many people but they don't give a fuck. Watching anime doesn't necessarily mean that you're a weeb.

Fnaf takes place from about 1983 to 2025. FNaF SL - 1983 FNaF 4 - 1983 FNaF 2 - 1987 FNaF 1 - 1993-97 FNaF 3 - 2020 UCN - 2025 That's just the games. The lore could possibly date all the way back to 1973 to 1974.
Nostalgia hits hard :( Memories from school with my old friends allways talking abt how scary it was or when mark used to play it. Im romanian so i watched MaxINFINITE A LOT and it was really cool seeing him play and be jumpscared. I even have some memories with fnaf 4. One time i was eating pudding or smthing and got got jumpscared the whole floor was full of pudding. And one night i dreamed that i was the kid from fnaf 4 and played it irl. Felt too god damn realistic.

I love the feeling of isolation it's like your by yourself in the house the environment and the music is spot on in my opinion this fnaf is the scariest
This is my personal favorite ambience in the series. Fnaf 4 is also my favorite game in the series, it’s the only Fnaf game that still scares me. Every single time I go to the door and listen for Bonnie and Chica’s breathing or check the closet when Foxy is inside I close my eyes shut as hard as I can. This game just reminds me of those nights when I was little and going to sleep was my worst nightmare. I could see black shadows in the corner of my room and when I fell asleep I had weird and disturbing dreams. One of those dreams was pretty traumatising, I can’t remember excactly what happened in it. The only thing I remembered was that I woke up and started crying.
The funny thing about me with this game is that it took me a year before I could even look at any content in the game because I was hella horrified at how the animatronics looked in the 4th game
This theme really immerses me into the game, and makes it ten times more scarier, given the time period is atleast 1979 to 1983, and I would say that the 70s, 80s and 90s were some of the darkest periods in modern day history, and with that, this tone makes sense and it makes the game series more Eerie than it already is.

The golden age of the FNaF Era are gone, now everything's either 3D, made by someone else other than scott or has purple guy come back after death in it.
Back in 2015, I remebering when every some fnaf fans using this ambience in some animations..Oh 2015
When you get up at 3:AM To use the Restroom
BACK IN 2016 I ALWAYS PLAYED THIS GAME AND AT NIGHT I WAS SO FU**ING SCARED TO SLEEP XD
jeffy jeffy hey you were on r/youngpeopleyoutube
I was 13 and I loved watching markiplier playing it as I didnt have a computer back then, good times simpler times
What do you mean it's not relevant
@@newcinema4931 i posted this comment before fnaf security breach came and proved me wrong
@@Hopeless_Stoner_06 ik but even when you posted that comment fnaf was still pretty relevant.
i was 8 at the 2015 and i really scared so much of this game
Step 1: play this on loop
Step 2: put headphones on
Step 3: lie down on your bed and fall asleep
Step 4: congratulations, you have now been teleported to FNAF 4.
this game is the definition of when you see someone walk by your door but you realize you moved out of your parents house
Fun Fact: The chime part starting at 0:36 and ending at 1:09 is sampled from “Don’t Blow It,” a track from the movie Solaris (2002).
Edit: For anyone who wants to listen for themselves, here’s a link to the track: *m.ruclips.net/video/YIDkG_2_q-s/видео.html*
It’s at the beginning of the song.
I like this moment
I couldn't believe it when I heard it in the ambience; thought I was going crazy! It's one of my favourite ambient tracks, and was used in a brilliant Volkswagen advert called "Night Drive" once, so it was quite a shock to hear it used in a FNAF game.
I have all the fnaf ambiance sounds playing at once. I am going to do something with this.
Hold up let me try it out
Yep this is amazing. Great job Chanman176 _
i had unc on to and it makes it so much better
This ambience gives me so much memories.. I remember having old FNAF posters up and playing FNAF 4 on my android tablet, I remember the good ol days where the lore was finally getting pieced together
Us: Well...I guess that's it.
Scott: *New Game*
Us: Ah shit, here we go again
I wish this streak continued 😥
I never forget my first time playing fnaf 4. Didnt sleep for a week.
this is unnerving on 12 different levels
Man if there’s one thing that FNAF always nailed for me, it was the ambience. So well done.
The shift at 0:33 is so good.
This brings back nostalgic memories from 2015 - 2016. I remember that i was in high school when it came out and i had 6 friends who would talk about it, but as time moved on my friends moved on and so i only have 2 friends now. It's just great that listening to this just brings that right back
you have a gacha life PFP, you're no older than 12 lmao
@@user-fh9mf2hk6j like he has any friends
Fucking fnaf haters thinking there so cool just because they play that shitty dumbass game known as shitnite.
@@user-fh9mf2hk6j bruh y'all hating
I f*cking LOVE the AMBIENCE OMG, MOTHER OF GOD!
As a child I suffered from night terrors and hallucinations, in one of them maybe in 2010 or less I had a nightmare or hallucination with this sound 0:46 - 1:10
years later this game came out number 4, and this sound gives me a gloomy nostalgia from the past until today.
Love the music. I always get more confident when the chime plays
I find the beginning of the ambience to be terrfingly sinister, disturbing and evil. It perfectly matches the vibe of the nightmare animatronics.
0:43 Reminds me Cod Zombies Theme.

This was always my favorite FNAF ambience. I just don’t think the other games can compete
It feels like if...
You were in a scenario..
Inside of a house, all alone.
You think that and realize there are monsters inside of the house you are in, you hide under the bed, but they know and hear you breathing.
You get jumpscared and wake up inside of your house.
You basically just said the entire plot of the game but made some tiny changes...
me: learns how to draw. My life:
This is so nostalgic and sad at the same time cause I miss when FNAF was so popular and when my brother liked it a lot and we would not stop talking about it. He doesn't like it as much as he used to but I still love it!
this is giving me flashbacks to when i played to game... scary stuff
theyre having a slumber party
*this is probably my favorite ambience in the series for some reason*
Everyone has comments they regret making.
Speaking anime... fucking weebs.
@@FauxKun exactly
@@FauxKun That's not what being a weeb means.
@@alexquintana8757 You can clearly see this person is a weeb.
I 100% remember the days waiting for FNAF 4’s release back when I was 9 and 10.
This is very eerie but I don’t know why
FNAF 4 was always my favorite, the darkest...
The Fredbear era, the origins
So bad this wasn't the final episode at all
I'm glad it didn't end here, with spring-trap surviving the five Nights at Freddy's 3 fire. I would not want to have the series end on a cliffhanger.
When you hear footsteps but you’re home alone:
I find this game the scariest and saddest for me i feel bad for the crying child he's reliving his greatest fears and I think he's not possessing any animatronic I believe that he just died and this is his new "life" reliving the thing he feared the most
I love this part 0:36
It relaxes me too, the rest scares me hahaha
Same❤️😌
That’s the part that actually scares me lol
Holy jesus this is so relaxing
I get COD Zombies vibes from this song. I mean it starts off horrifying at first, towards the end of of the song before it loops, it sounds all peaceful or melancholy and sad n stuff
Sounds like “Vats of Goo” from fallout 1
I agree. It does sound like it.
0:00 You Know Something Bad Is About To Happen
You got that right Man this shit is scary as f
My fucking dog scared the shit out of me while listening to this at 2:00 am.
If FNAF threw in some references from 80s pop culture, that would be so cool. Since FNAF is based off of the 80s.
Fnaf takes place from about 1983 to 2025.
FNaF SL - 1983
FNaF 4 - 1983
FNaF 2 - 1987
FNaF 1 - 1993-97
FNaF 3 - 2020
UCN - 2025
That's just the games. The lore could possibly date all the way back to 1973 to 1974.
Nostalgia hits hard :(
Memories from school with my old friends allways talking abt how scary it was
or when mark used to play it. Felt too god damn realistic.
in the part of the ambience you can hear music thats sad and creepy
O_O this ambience sounds like a music, it should be in a fnaf movie, really
fredbear's arm makes nightmare foxy look fat in this picture...
I love fnaf 4 so much. It reminds me of waking up at the middle of the night and being thirsty, then you open the door and all you see is darkness while youre trying to hype yourself up to go get some water.
Fnaf 1: Five nights at freddy's
Fnaf 2: Survive the night
Fnaf 3: Die in a Fire
Fnaf 4: I got no time
Fnaf SL: Join us for battle
Fnaf 6: Now Hiring at Freddy's
Fnaf 7: Replay your Nightmare
Fnaf VR: Back Together
Sandra Inverse Join us for a bite you mean
Fnaf World: Join the Party
Wait, Fnaf 7?
amy byrne no, Join us for a Battle sounds like a cool RPG actually.
Honestly out of all of these I think put me back together is the best one
man i was 14 when this game cam out

Say what you want about the actual game and gameplay, but the concept of being alone in your house with animatronics is absolutely terrifying
I think the concept of being alone with monsters in your house and being a *child* is horrifying in my opinion
Fnaf1:Scariest situation
Fnaf2:Scariest ambience
Fnaf3:Scariest atmosphere
Fnaf4:Scariest characters
Fnaf5:Scariest robot mechanics
Fnaf6:Scariest sounds
The bell...
Imagine while youre slowly dying youre trapped in a nightmare and you gotta try to survive almost everyday while being terrorized by these scary animatronics- thats what this boy had to go through 👊😞
It’s cut out and looped from the full version 👹
I love the feeling of isolation it's like your by yourself in the house the environment and the music is spot on in my opinion this fnaf is the scariest
Imagine this is what your house sounds like in the middle of the freaking night bruh

POV: It is the summer of 1983. You just got home from Fredbear's Family Diner.
Alcatraz at night 0:00-15:00
1983 is also when the first season Stranger Things take place.
This is awesome!
The Top Right Corner:
purple guy? it's coming?
Bruh, What About Purple Guy, And What Is Coming?
This theme really immerses me into the game, and makes it ten times more scarier, given the time period is atleast 1979 to 1983, and I would say that the 70s, 80s and 90s were some of the darkest periods in modern day history, and with that, this tone makes sense and it makes the game series more Eerie than it already is.
This is basically the ambiance sound that is in my head every day in this 2020 year
That moment the video ends and you still hear the ambience.
