- The man accused of a fatal stabbing at the Capitol Hill light rail station in Seattle waived his first court appearance on Tuesday, but the judge found probable cause for second-degree murder and ruled he will be held on $3 million bail.
The suspect allegedly stabbed the victim after a fight ensued at the station on Saturday. According to court documents, the fight started because the suspect didn't like the way the victim "brushed by him when walking down the escalator" at the light rail station.

It’s a good thing the legislature banned weapons on public transit. That way the victim who was following the law had no way to defend himself.

Also he didn’t die straight away and if he’d even had the option he’d have had a chance. So some guy a few weeks ago went to Muckleshoot Casino to stab someone, but that guy never showed and so they just stabbed some random guy and now this... I think I'll just stay home and learn how to cook better.

26 years old?! If the offense is just to brush up against him, wow. Even if the chef was rude, wouldn’t be worth a life. I’m sorry the young guy had that get to him. Safety at our public transit needs to be paramount or people will not use it. Billions spent to get people out of their cars , need to charge fares , have better security.

Light rail camera seems to be helpful in this case. And hopefully people can also be aware of those cameras before any misbehavior happens.

Are you sure? Crime has gone up after their passing of anti 2A laws. This happened because the victim wasn’t allowed to be armed whilst the criminal ignored the recent passage of laws prohibiting weapons.

you live in a very blue city, They're not gonna put away the dangerous criminals. The man who did this should already being jailed. He killed somebody for brushing up against him. He is clearly a harm to everyone around him.
