Can’t wait to see Chester’s babies next season!! Love super dals. Going to be saving up for one of those! And not a fan of Gargoyles but I love White Boy. That will be an awesome pairing with the Deadpool line female 🤯
he does not keep up with individual, he would just notes that it came from said group. he is producing alot of geckos and keeping up with individuals would be much harder and he kind of centers his lines around the single male in each group.
Depends on the group. Some males are with 2-3 females so when the babies hatch I can tell the difference most of the time just based on the phenotype of the animal. Ex. spotless male paired to spotless female and dalmatian female. Babies come out with dalmatians then it must be from dalmatian female. I also have a good amount of pairs too.
Hey man I plan on getting a couple breeder crested geckos from the super show in January. What are some good questions to ask the seller about them and what age should I be looking for? Around a year and a half ? Hope to hear back from you or if anyone else can help! Thanks so much !!
the males gotta be at least 35grams to breed and not get hurt in the process. the females should be at least 40+grams and more than a 1.5 years old. closer to 3years so she had time to lay a couple round of duds to lessen the chance of blockage. Also ensures the eggs are calcified correctly. alot of these from high end lines get to weight real fast but aren't ready for breeding.
I would start off with juveniles and grow them out! But if you only want adults make sure that you ask why they are selling them and ask how good of a breeder the actual animal was.
wheres deadpool at, love that lil guy
Gonna be an amazing season! Can't wait to see what comes from these groups

How do you keep up with the lineage with the big groups?
I was wondering the same thing.
